You may use the Website to learn about our events, buy tickets through our partners and send us inquiries. You agree not to misuse it, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or submitting false or misleading information.

Tickets

Tickets are sold by third-party ticketing platforms. When you click "Get tickets" you leave the Website, and your purchase is governed by that platform’s terms, including its refund policy. We are not responsible for transactions made on third-party platforms.

VIP tables and private events

Submitting a VIP table, private event or contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when a 1990 Group representative confirms it with you directly.

• Minimum spends, deposits, packages and availability are quoted by your host and may change until confirmed.

• We do our best to keep information on the Website accurate, but prices and details shown are not guaranteed.

• Deposit, cancellation and refund terms are given to you at confirmation and apply to that booking.

Events and venue entry

• Events are for guests 21 and over unless stated otherwise. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

• The name on a booking must match your ID exactly.

• Venues set their own dress code and entry policies and may refuse entry at their discretion.

• Event details, line-ups, performers and venues may change or be cancelled without notice. Where an event is cancelled, refunds follow the terms of the ticketing platform or your booking confirmation.

• By attending an event you agree that you may be photographed or filmed, and that we may use those images in our marketing, including on the Website and social media.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, 1990.ENTERTAINMENT, LLC and its licensors own all content on the Website, including text, photos, logos and design. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce or redistribute Website content without our written permission, and you may not use our logo or artwork without a trademark license.

Linking to the Website

You may link to our home page or other pages as long as the link is not misleading, does not suggest we sponsor or endorse you, and fits the context of your site. You may not frame our pages or alter how they appear. We may ask you to remove a link at any time, and you agree to do so promptly.

Links to other sites

The Website contains links to third-party sites, such as ticketing platforms, venues and social networks. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
